Fish Dining Gin in Wakayama

This place seems very popular - even 15min before the opening time, there was me and another man. Just at the opening time they already had two floors almost full. As for the food - I enjoyed fresh fish, but I can not say there is something that much special about this place. For me, it's just good to not feel regret about visiting, but nothing to remember about.

This is my favourite restaurant in Wakayama. For the price of a lunch set (1200 yen) the quality of the food is excellent. The basic sets are tempura, stewed fish, grilled fish and sashimi. The sets come with free refills of miso soup and rice. I had the 2100 yen Gin set today which was also excellent. I bring people here when I have visitors to Wakayama. One of the best fish restaurants I have been to in Japan. It can be busy at lunchtime so go as early as possible and prepare to wait up to 30 minutes for a table.
